Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Your Gift Concierge. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Our Service

Your Gift Concierge provides bespoke gift sourcing, styling, packaging, and delivery coordination. We act as your personal curator and liaison, ensuring each gift is tailored with precision and care.

2. Product Sourcing & Availability

We work closely with selected luxury brands and boutiques. All product requests are subject to availability at the time of inquiry. We do not guarantee stock availability or specific pricing unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

3. Concierge Fee Structure

Our service fees cover consultation, sourcing, styling, packaging, logistics coordination, and communication. These fees are billed separately from the cost of the item(s) and are non-refundable once the process has begun.

4. Payment Terms

All styling and concierge fees are payable in advance. Product costs may be invoiced directly from the brand or passed on via Your Gift Concierge, depending on the arrangement. Delivery charges, customs duties, and local taxes may apply.

5. Packaging & Presentation

Wherever possible, we enhance or supervise packaging. In cases where gifts are dispatched directly from brand partners or boutiques, we may not control final presentation, but will advise on any limitations prior to confirmation.

6. Courier & Delivery

Delivery is arranged through reputable courier services. We track each shipment and provide updates, but we cannot be held liable for unforeseen delays or issues once the item is in transit. Insurance is available upon request.

7. Client Confidentiality

All personal and recipient information is handled in strict confidence. We do not share your details with third parties, except where necessary to complete the transaction (e.g., courier or boutique).

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Once a gift has been confirmed and the styling or sourcing process has begun, the concierge fee becomes non-refundable. If the product is delayed or unavailable, we will offer alternatives or process a refund for the item only.

9. Customs & Import Fees

If gifts are shipped internationally, the recipient may be liable for customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions. We will advise when relevant, but cannot be responsible for these charges unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Liability

Your Gift Concierge is not liable for any direct or indirect loss related to product quality, shipping errors, customs delays, or service failures by third parties, although we will always advocate on your behalf to resolve issues.
